Specialty chemicals provider TFL has extended its beamhouse product range with the launch of Erhavit FA, an economical liming agent designed to support the optimisation of area yield without making the leather loose. It helps open up the hide structure and reduces swelling and wrinkling during the liming process.
    The product is designed to minimise seasonal short hair and hair roots. It also improves scud loosening and blood stain removal, offering uniformly dyed crust, which increases the value of the leather.
    Erhavit FA is amine free and is based on alternative reductive substances.
